Description: The formidable Arctic Wolffish is normally found in deep offshore waters (up to 600m), but thanks to a strong Arctic water current flowing down from the North they can be found hiding in cracks and crevices around the inshore waters of the BMR between depths of 15-30 metres.
Did you know: Wolffish have a type of natural ‘antifreeze’ in their blood to keep it flowing when in their native icy-cold waters of the Arctic.
